Can I deploy agents silently?

Yes, all agent installers support silent/unattended installation. We provide MSI packages for Windows, PKG for macOS, and shell scripts for Linux with command-line options.

What MDM tools are supported?

IonicWallz integrates with popular MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, and others. We provide pre-configured deployment packages for each.

How do I handle updates?

Cloud deployments receive automatic updates. On-premise deployments can be configured for automatic updates or manual approval depending on your change management requirements.

Is there a staging environment?

Yes, we recommend deploying to a pilot group first. You can create separate policies for staging and gradually roll out to production.
